Velora stores account information, companion configuration, messages, media metadata, billing events, moderation reports, and operator audit events needed to run the service. We do not ask for more identity data than is necessary to operate the platform.
Companion interactions are treated as private product data. Access is limited to the account owner and authorized administrators when moderation, support, security, or legal review requires it.
We use platform providers and AI vendors to support chat, media generation, storage, delivery, and billing. Production deployment should only use secret-managed credentials and encrypted transport.
Users may request account deletion, data export, or support assistance through the contact channel listed on the site. Final legal copy should be reviewed before public release in each launch jurisdiction.
