Velora is being built as an original companion platform, not a brand clone.

The product direction is straightforward: users should be able to create a companion, shape the tone and visual identity, chat in a private context, generate media, and discover public profiles inside one coherent application.

We are also treating operator tooling as a first-class surface. Admin already includes user management, moderation, billing visibility, runtime configuration, integration settings, and render queue controls because companion products break quickly without that operational layer.

The goal is not to mimic another company’s exact UI or brand. The goal is to compete in the category with our own funnel, our own UX system, and a codebase that can be pushed toward production without pretending shortcuts are enough.
